Administrator Message

I hope this message finds you well. It was a busy January at Lady Eaton, returning to routines after the holiday break. We appreciate the Lady Eaton community welcoming us to your outstanding school. Thank you to the Parent Council for all your weekly volunteer work with snack bins, hot lunches and the nutrition program. We couldn’t do it without you. Thank you!

February is here, bringing a sense of excitement to our school community. We look forward to another wonderful month of learning and fun!

Important Updates

Family Day

To be inclusive of all types of families, Lady Eaton will again celebrate “Family Day” in February rather than the traditions of Mother’s Day/Father’s Day in the Spring. Look for items coming home around the Family Day Holiday Weekend to celebrate all the wonderful families at Lady Eaton.

Social Media

Moving forward, all school-wide messaging will be done through SchoolMessenger. You will get a phone call or email with any school-wide updates based on your preferences. Any other school-related news will be posted on the Lady Eaton Elementary website.

Hot Lunches on Inclement Weather Days

If an inclement weather day occurs on a hot lunch day (i.e. pizza, grilled cheese or subs), the hot lunch will be rescheduled. Families will be notified of the rescheduled date.

Attendance

School attendance is vital for future success. Our students work hard in their classrooms daily, learning new skills. If your child will be away, please call the safe arrival number to inform the office: 705-799-5292.

Pick Up/Drop Off

School starts at 8:50 am and ends at 3:10. Please align your child’s drop-off and pickup times within these times. We know that situations arise that are beyond your control, and in those situations, please call the office so we can help you get a smooth pickup. If you are picking up/dropping off your child, please do so at the main office. School staff will escort them to/from their classrooms.
